Positrigo operates at the intersection of medical devices, nuclear medicine, and neurodiagnostics, with a focused product strategy around dedicated brain PET rather than broad, general-purpose imaging systems. Its NeuroLF scanner is described as ultra-compact, designed for limited-space environments, and intended to support point-of-care functional brain imaging. Positrigo’s growth trajectory shows a progression from early grants and seed support into larger institutional financing and commercial expansion. It then raised a CHF 3.9 million Series A in July 2020, alongside a €2.2 million grant, and a further €1.5 million Series A-related round in July 2021. The CHF 5.5 million Series B announced on Oct 24, 2022 marked a meaningful scale-up in institutional backing. Additional financing of CHF 2.2 million in November 2024 and CHF 7 million on Jun 10, 2025 supported the transition toward commercialization. The 2025 financing was followed by distributor appointments in France and Spain and the addition of commercial, finance, and market-development leadership. Brian Oswald joined as VP of Sales, US, in September 2025, reinforcing the company’s North American expansion. With approximately 11–50 employees and no reported layoffs, Positrigo appears to be building a specialized commercial organization around NeuroLF rather than pursuing broad headcount growth.
