About the Role

Position Overview:
In charge of training TN personnel, Distributors and healthcare professionals in the EMEA region; support of PACE Sr Manager EMEA and Team in all training related activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute Clinical Education programs on TN technologies in EMEA
  • Train TN personnel and distributors on TN technologies in EMEA
  • Train physicians and other healthcare professionals in TN Technology in EMEA
  • Work in collaboration with Clinical,Sales, Marketing to collect training needs, elaborate programs and organize trainings and report out results
  • Organize and arrange training material (shipments, logistics, storage, simulator maintenance)
  • Work in collaboration with the Sr. Events Manager PACE
  • Support trade shows, congresses, local and 3rd party events
  • Maintain high level of clinical and technical knowledge
  • Support cases if necessary
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities if necessary
  • Attend and participate in regular group and individual meetings, as designed, to acquire or strength skills and learn about new products and technology
  • Comply with local laws in relation with tenders/contracts, vigilance reporting and relations with Healthcare Professionals

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of neurovascular anatomy and neurointerventional techniques
  • Ability to articulate TN product use, concept, outcomes
  • Ability to effectively interface with sales, marketing, clinical staff as a team and autonomously
  • Ability to interface with physicians and hospital staff
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific, technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
  • Ability to make presentations to members of the business community and Healthcare Professionals
  • Strong English language skills
  • Excellent communication skills and public speaking
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and virtual communication tools
  • Willing and able to travel extensively (up to 60% of the time)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Past experience calling on Interventional Neuroradiology or other interventional field
  • Past experience in Training
